Some questions to ask yourself and to teach your kids to ask themselves before using a device. I posted these next to every device and our "charging station" in our house. You also might consider making it the home screen on your phone.

Routine Charts
These are some simple signs I made to help my kids plan their day. It has questions for each area of life that we want to focus on: physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, etc. I'm having my kids write on post-it notes what tasks will help them care for those areas of their lives, and attach them to the signs. Feel free to use them however works for you in your home.

This is a poster I designed for a family motto that reminds us to choose valuable and wholesome media in our home. It is based on scripture and is the standard by which we try to judge movies, shows, music and other media.
